DECISION AND ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANT'S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT - Considering the pleadings, depositions, and affidavits, there is not a genuine issue of material fact as to whether or not Wilson provided proper notice nor whether there was a causal connection between exercise of FMLA rights and his termination. Defendant is therefore entitled to judgment as a matter of law. Defendant's motion for summary judgment is GRANTED and the Clerk will enter judgment dismissing this case with prejudice. Signed by Magistrate Judge Michael R. Merz on 4/3/2017. (kpf)
