JUDGMENT as to Steven Miller (1), Count(s) 1, 3, 4, DISMISSED; Count(s) 2, 1 year of Probation on Count 2; Defendant must cooperate with the collection of DNA as directed by the Probation Officer; standard conditions apply plus the following special conditions; if recommended, Defendant shall participate in a program of treatment, either inpatient or outpatient, and testing for substance abuse, as directed by the USPO; Defendant shall make a co-payment for treatment services not to exceed $25 per month, which is determined by the Defendant's ability to pay; Defendant shall participate in any requested field sobriety and/or chemical testing if stopped for an alcohol-related or drug-related offense; Defendant shall not consume alcohol during the term of probation and submit to breathalyzer testing (to include Sober Link) at the direction of the Probation Officer; Defendant shall comply with Vandalia Municipal Court; Defendant shall maintain employment; no fine imposed; the Court finds that the Defendant does not have the ability to pay a fine; $10 SA, due immediately; no license suspension imposed.
