REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS as to Taylor N Karas - It is accordingly recommended that the Court accept the plea of guilty to Count 1 of the Indictment and find Defendant guilty as charged of Aiding and Abetting Kidnapping in violation of Title 21 U.S.C. §1201(a)(1). Pending the Courts acceptance of Defendants plea, Defendant has been referred to the Probation Department for a pre-sentence investigation. Objections to R&R due by 2/6/2017. Ovington (Doc. # 51), to whom this case was referred pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b) and Fed. R. Crim.
