REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION THAT: (1) THE ALJ'S NON - DISABILITY FINDING BE FOUND SUPPORTED BY SUBSTANTIAL EVIDENCE AND AFFIRMED; AND (2) THIS CASE BE CLOSED ON THE COURT'S DOCKET - For the foregoing reasons, the Court finds Plaintiffs assignments of error unmeritorious. IT IS THEREFORE RECOMMENDED THAT: (1) the Commissioners non-disability finding be found supported by substantial evidence, and AFFIRMED; and (2) this case be CLOSED.
