JUDGMENT as to Donald Jenkins-Mills (2): As to Count 1,Defendant is remanded to the custody of the United States Bureau of Prisons for a term of 120 Months; The Court recommends to the USBOP that the Defendant be accorded all allowable presentence credit for time spent incarcerated on said offense; be incarcerated as close to his home in the Detroit, Michigan, area as possible consistent with his security status; if eligible, be allowed to participate in the 500 hour drug treatment program; if eligible, be allowed to participate in any educational or vocational training, including GED; 5 Years Supervised Release with Special Conditions; $100.00 Special Assessment; No fine due to inability to pay.
