ORDER THAT MAGISTRATE JUDGE STRAWBRIDGE'S REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION IS APPROVED AND ADOPTED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED THAT PLAINTIFF'S REQUEST FOR REVIEW IS GRANTED. SECTION 405(g) THIS MATTER IS REMANDED TO THE COMMISSIONER FOR FURTHER PROCEEDINGS CONSISTENT WITH MAGISTRATE JUDGE STRAWBRIDGE'S REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION.
