JUDGMENT as to SHAWN I. MCCROREY (1). Counts 1 and 3 are dismissed on Motion by Government. As to Counts 2, 4, and 5 of the Indictment, the Defendant is hereby committed to the custody of the Bureau of Prisons to be imprisoned for a term of 51 months at Counts 2 and 5 of the Indictment to be served concurrently, and 60 months at Count 4 of the Indictment, to be served consecutive to the term of imprisonment imposed at Counts 2 and 5 of the Indictment, for a total of 111 months imprisonment. Upon release from imprisonment, the Defendant shall be placed on supervised release for a total term of 5 years. This term consists of 3 years at Count 2, 5 years at Count 4, and 5 years at Count 5, to run concurrently. Defendant shall comply with standard and special conditions of supervised release as more fully stated in the Judgment. Pay $300 special assessment forthwith. No fine. Signed by Judge Maurice B. ORDER granting 53 Motion to Reduce Sentence - USSC Amendment for SHAWN I. MCCROREY (1). The defendant's previously imposed sentence of imprisonment (as reflected in the last judgment issued) of 111 months is reduced to 97 months.
