MEMORANDUM ORDER as to VINCENT JAMAL CARTER granting 127 MOTION for Leave to File Documents Under Seal - all as more fully set forth in the Memorandum Order. Defendant is excused from filing a redacted version of the motion. After receiving notice of the order of court, you must provide the sealed document to the Clerk of Courts both on paper and on disk, in pdf format.
