REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION that Defendants' motion for summary judgment 49 be denied as to Plaintiffs Eighth Amendment failure to protect claim against CO Sheffer, and Plaintiffs intentional infliction of emotional distress claim against Defendant Bloom, and be granted as to all other claims and Defendants for Plaintiffs failure to exhaust administrative remedies. As a result, Defendants Jackson, Wells, Blicha, and Hollis, should be terminated from this case. Objections to R&R due by 2/21/2018. Objections to R&R for Unregistered ECF Users due by 2/26/2018.
