Memorandum opinion granting 77 Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment. The court concludes that plaintiff Pacitti did not adduce sufficient evidence for a reasonable jury to render a verdict in his favor with respect to his claim for defamation, invasion of privacy or ethnic intimidation (civil rights violation) and, therefore, defendants motion for summary judgment with respect to those claims will be GRANTED. The court concludes that plaintiff Cinquegrana failed to adduce sufficient evidence for a reasonable jury to render a verdict in his favor with respect to his defamation claim and, therefore, defendants motion for summary judgment with respect to that claim will be GRANTED.
