MEMORANDUM OPINION Granting 57 Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment. As more fully set forth in the opinion, the court concludes that a reasonable jury could not render a verdict in favor of plaintiff with respect to her claims under Title VII, the ADEA, the ADA, or the PHRA. With respect to plaintiff's claims for gender, disability, hostile work environment and retaliation discrimination claims, plaintiff failed to adduce evidence to establish a prima facie case. With respect to plaintiff's claim for age discrimination and even assuming she had established a prima facie case for her other claims, she presented insufficient evidence to establish pretext to overcome ATM's legitimate, non-discriminatory reason for the adverse employment decision. Therefore, summary judgment is granted in favor of defendant with respect to all plaintiff's claims. Signed by Judge Joy Flowers Conti on 9/23/08. (cal )
