MEMORANDUM OPINION granting in part and denying in part 34 defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment. As set forth more fully in the opinion, defendants' motion for summary judgment is granted in part and denied in part. With respect to plaintiff's disparate treatment and retaliation claims under Title VII and Section 1983 and the PERA, defendants' motion for summary judgment is granted. With respect to plaintiff's hostile work environment claims under Title VII, Section 1983 and, if applicable, the PERA, defendants' motion for summary judgment is denied.
