MEMORANDUM OPINION and ORDER indicating that, for the reasons more fully stated in said Opinion and Order, the Court finds that venue is improper in the Western District of Pennsylvania. The Court hereby denied Defendants' Motion to Dismiss insofar as it seeks to dismiss this action, and will grant its Motion insofar as it seeks to transfer venue. (Docket No. 4 and See errata at 8). Under 28 U.S.C. ยง 1406(a), the Court may, in the interest of justice, transfer the case to any district...in which it could have been brought. Accordingly, the Court instructs the Clerk of this Court to transfer the case forthwith to the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Signed by Judge Nora Barry Fischer on 4/24/08. (jg)
