MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER denying 29 Motion to Vacate (2255) as to RICCO SEARS (1). As set forth more fully within, upon consideration of petitioner's motion, the plea agreement, the transcript of the plea hearing, and the parties' submissions, petitioner's motion to vacate, set aside, or correct sentence by a person in federal custody pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255 is DENIED.
