ORDER. For the reasons set forth in the Order filed herewith, Defendant Richard Bush's Motion to Dismiss (Doc. 253) is DENIED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendant Richard Bush's Motion to Dismiss filed at Doc. 252 is DENIED. To the extent that it requests the same relief as that requested in Defendant's motion at Doc. 253 it is denied as moot. The Court further denies it on the basis that it appears to be incomplete.
