MEMORANDUM OPINION as to MICHAEL GILES re: 41 MOTION to Produce Exculpatory Evidence and Impeachment Evidence; 42 MOTION to Produce Evidence Which the Government Intends to Use Under Federal Rules of Evidence 404(b) and 609; 43 MOTION for Separate Trial on Counts 1 and 2; 44 MOTION for Discovery; 45 MOTION to Suppress Evidence; and, 46 MOTION to Dismiss Indictment on Jurisdictional Grounds. Defendant's discovery-related motions will be granted in part. Defendant's motion to suppress, motion for separate trials and motion to dismiss indictment all will be denied.
