MEMORANDUM OPINION as to DIRK LANIEL BARFIELD, JR. indicating that, based upon the reasons stated within, Defendant's Amended Motion to Vacate, Set Aside or Correct Sentence under 28 U.S.C. § 2255 (Doc. (66) at CR 09-93) is denied, with prejudice. The Court also holds that Defendant has failed to make a substantial showing of the denial of a Constitutional right and is not entitled to a certificate of appealability. See 28 U.S.C.§ 2253(c)(2). An appropriate Order follows. Signed by Judge Nora Barry Fischer on 2/28/17. (jg)
