CONSENT ORDER for PERMANENT INJUNCTION; Defendants are enjoined, must make affirmative disclosure statement, and conduct other business practices as stated more fully in order; Defendants are liable to plaintiff Commission in the monetary amounts of $26 million, except defendant Barbara Davison is liable for $8 million and such judgments may be satisfied as stated; Baker Young Corporation is appointed as receiver for duties stated; Monitoring, compliance and record-keeping shall occur under the procedures set forth in order; Defendants shall make distribution of this order, and acknowledge receipt of same, as stated; Parties shall each bear their own costs and attorneys fees; This order supersedes all other orders of the Court and the orders of 3/17/2006 and 5/18/2006 are hereby vacated; Court shall retain jurisdiction.
