OPINION AND ORDER. The Court DENIES Sol's request for damages pursuant to 15 U.S.C. § 1117(c) [Docket #182], and DENIES LFSS's proof of claim for additional rent that was withdrawn from the bankruptcy court. The Court also AMENDS its order of January 31, 2007 to clarify that the Lanham Act portion of that order rested on a violation of the false designation of origin prong of 15 U.S.C. § 1125(a). Signed by Judge Francisco A. Besosa on 12/23/2008. (brc) Modified on 8/12/2009 to correct document type (rc).
