ORDER denying 1 Motion to Vacate. For the reasons stated, the Court concludes that Petitioner RAMIRO ARIAS is not entitled to federal habeas relief on the claims presented. Accordingly, it is ordered that Petitioner RAMIRO ARIAS request for habeas relief under 28 U.S.C. §2255 (Docket No. 1) is DENIED, and his Motion to Vacate, Set Aside, or Correct Sentence under 28 U.S.C. §2255 is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
