OPINION AND ORDER GRANTING 81 Stericycle's Motion for summary judgment. Title VII, ADA, and FMLA claims, with their corresponding retaliation claims, are DISMISSED with prejudice. As all the federal claims have been dismissed, the Court also declines to entertain supplemental jurisdiction on the state law claims. Thus, the state law claims are DISMISSED without prejudice. Signed by Judge Jay A. Garcia-Gregory on 3/31/2017. (ALP)
