OPINION AND ORDER re 9 Motion In Compliance with order DKT. 8 MOTION for Service by Publication , 12 Third MOTION for Issuance of Summons by publication. The Court hereby DENIES plaintiff's renewed motions to authorize service by publication on defendants, ECF Nos. 9, 12, because of its continuing failure to make pertinent attempts to locate them. The Court also ORDERS plaintiff to demonstrate either that the United States of America has been properly and timely served pursuant to Rule 4(i)(1)(A) and (B), or that "good cause" exists, pursuant to Rule 4(m), for the failure to effectuate such service. Plaintiff has fifteen (15) days from the publication of this Order to comply. Failure to timely demonstrate proper and timely service on the United States or, in the alternative, good cause for the failure to effectuate such service will result in the dismissal of the action against the United States. Signed by Chief Judge Aida M. Delgado-Colon on 6/16/2017.(wm)
