OPINION AND ORDER denying 64 Motion to Reduce Sentence re Crack Cocaine Offense - 18:3582 for Germaine Edelen (1), Count(s) 1, 126 months incarceration with 5 years supervised release. Special conditions: Participate in and satisfactorily complete substance abuse counseling and treatment, on an inpatient or outpatient basis, as approved by U.S. Probation; Drug testing, up to 72 times per year, as approved by U.S. Probation; For every week not employed on a full time basis, the defendant shall complete 20 hours of community service as approved by U.S. Probation. No fine imposed. Special assessment of $100.00. The Court recommends to the Bureau of Prisons that the defendant be assigned to a facility that can offer substance abuse counseling and treatment.
