MEMORANDUM OPINION: This petition will be DENIED and the case will be DISMISSED. The Court now finds that reasonable jurists could not disagree with the resolution of these claims and could not conclude that they are adequate to deserve encouragement proceed further, Miller-El v. Cockrell, 537 U.S. 322, 327 (2003), and will DENY issuance of a COA. 28 U.S.C. ยง 2253; Fed. R. App. P. 22(b). A separate order will enter. Signed by District Judge J Ronnie Greer on 5/22/2008.
