MEMORANDUM AND ORDER; the plaintiff is ASSESSED the civil filing fee of $350.00. The Clerk is DIRECTED to mail a copy of this memorandum and order to the custodian of inmate accounts and to George Little, Commissioner of the Tennessee Department of Correction to ensure compliance. The claims against James Law are DISMISSED without prejudice to plaintiff's right to assert them in a habeas corpus case, after exhaustion has occured. WCDC is likewise DISMISSED as a defendant in this lawsuit. The Clerk is DIRECTED to send plaintiff a service packet for Officer Bowman. Plaintiff is ORDERED to complete the service packet and return to the Clerk's office within twenty (20) days of the date on this Order. Defendant is ORDERED to respond to the complaint in the manner and time required. Plaintiff is ORDERED to inform the Court of any address change within ten (10) days following such change. MEMORANDUM AND ORDER AND ORDER OF DEFICIENCY. Plaintiff's letter motion to reconsider Doc. 26 is DENIED. Plaintiff indicates that he would like to file an appeal on the grounds that his rights were violated. Therefore, this part of his letter will be deemed to be a notice of appeal. If, within thirty (30) days of the date of entry of this Order, plaintiff has not submitted the required filing fee of four hundred, fifty five dollars ($455.00) or taken appropriate steps to seek pauper status on appeal, the Clerk is DIRECTED to so inform the Sixth Circuit. Plaintiff is ADVISED that, should this occur, the Sixth Circuit will dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution. C/M to Pro Se Plaintiff along with IFP forms.
