ORDER denying as moot 446 defendant's pro se Motion to Reduce Sentence - USSC Amendment and granting 461 defendant's Motion to Reduce Sentence filed through counsel. The defendant's term of imprisonment is reduced to 67 months, which is a corresponding 13 percent substantial assistance reduction from the bottom of her new guideline range. If this sentence is less than the amount of time the defendant has already served, the sentence shall instead be reduced to "time served."
