MEMORANDUM AND ORDER ; plaintiffs application to proceed in forma pauperis 1 is GRANTED and he is ASSESSED the civil filing fee of three hundred and fifty dollars ($350). Plaintiff has stated a colorable constitutional claim of retaliation against defendant Gary Ingram. Because this is the only arguable claim against any of the named defendants, all other defendants are DISMISSED for plaintiffs failure to state a claim against them. Accordingly, the Clerk is DIRECTED to send plaintiff a service packet (a blank summons and USM 285 form) for defendant Ingram. Plaintiff is ORDERED to complete the service packet and return it to the Clerk's Office within twenty (20) days of the date on this Order.
