MEMORANDUM AND ORDER as to Carl Lee Glass. None of petitioner's claims warrant an evidentiary hearing; they are meritless and his motion to vacate, set aside or correct his sentence, [Doc.103], is therefore DENIED. The motion to amend, [Doc. 118], contains no claims which arguably would entitle petitioner to any relief under 28 U.S.C. ยง 2255, and it also is DENIED. After reviewing each of Petitioner's claims, the Court finds that reasonable jurists could not conclude that petitioner's claims are adequate to deserve further review. Because petitioner has failed to make a substantial showing of the denial of a constitutional right, a certificate of appealability will not issue. Signed by District Judge J Ronnie Greer on 06/27/2017. (copy mailed to Carl Lee Glass) (AMP)
