MEMORANDUM AND ORDER as to Heather Alane Jones. Neither claim advanced by petitioner warrants an evidentiary hearing. They are meritless and the motion, [Doc. 528], is therefore DENIED. After reviewing each of Petitioner's claims, the Court finds that reasonable jurists could not conclude that petitioner's claims are adequate to deserve further review. Because petitioner has failed to make a substantial showing of the denial of a constitutional right, a certificate of appealability will not issue. A separate judgment in accordance with this Memorandum and Order will be filed. Signed by District Judge J Ronnie Greer on 12/05/2016. (C/M to pro se filer) (AMP)
