MEMORANDUM OPINION: The Court finds that none of Petitioner's claims warrant the issuance of a writ. Therefore, Petitioner's petition for a writ of habeas corpus will be DISMISSED. After reviewing each of Petitioner's claims, the Court finds that reasonable jurists could not conclude that Petitioner's claims are adequate to deserve further review. Because Petitioner has failed to make a substantial showing of the denial of constitutional right, a certificate of appealability will not issue. See Order for details. Signed by District Judge J Ronnie Greer on 2/23/2016. (C/M). (LMC)
