MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: For all the above reasons, Plaintiff's complaint does not pass the screening test since it fails to state a claim which would entitle him to relief under § 1983. It will be DISMISSED sua sponte for failure to state a claim under 28 U.S.C. §§ 1915(e)(2). The Court has carefully reviewed this case pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) and now CERTIFIES that any appeal from this action would not be taken in good faith. Accordingly, should Plaintiff file a notice of appeal, he also must pay the full appellate filing fee of five hundred, five dollars ($505.00) or submit a motion for leave to appeal in forma pauperis. Signed by District Judge J Ronnie Greer on 02/16/2017. (C/M to pro se Plaintiff) (AMP)
