MEMORANDUM AND ORDER. Plaintiffs motion for a temporary restraining order and injunctive relief [Doc. 4] is DENIED. Further, Plaintiffs Eighth Amendment claims against Defendants Crowell, Kessler, Ballard, and Corizon are DISMISSED. Plaintiffs Eighth Amendment claims against Defendants Bernard, Richardson, Jennings, and Ollis in their official capacities are DISMISSED.
