REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS as to Jereme Deal recommending to deny defendant's 18 MOTION to Suppress, and 16 MOTION to Dismiss for reasons more fully set out in this order and in that the Court finds that the Indictment in this case states an offense and that the defendant voluntarily made his statements on March 21, 2006 after carefully considering the evidence introduced during the course of the evidentiary hearing and after reviewing the relevant legal authorities.
