MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER as to Colisa Douglas Hacker (1): the defendants motion for sentence reduction pursuant to Amendment 624 is DENIED 55, The motions for sentence reduction pursuant to Amendments 782 and 788 52, 60 are GRANTED, and the defendants sentence is REDUCED to 120 months imprisonment. If this sentence is less than the amount of time the defendant has already served, the sentence shall be reduced to a time served sentence. U.S. Sentencing Guidelines Manual § 1B1.10(b)(2)(C).
