Nurse Luxford's motion for summary judgment [Docket No. 46] is DENIED; Knox Countys motion for summary judgment 57 is DENIED; and the motion for summary judgment filed by Nurses Adams, Allen, Bunch, Jones, and Simms 41 is GRANTED IN PART with respect to the claims against Nurses Adams, Bunch, and Simms and DENIED IN PART with respect to the plaintiffs claims against Nurses Allen and Jones.
