Memorandum Opinion and Order; Haddad's state-law claims are barred by the statute of limitations, so they are dismissed. As for the ADA claims, Haddad has not stated a prima facie case of failure to accommodate or retaliation. Summary judgment for 21st Mortgage on these claims is GRANTED. But Haddad has stated a prima facie case of disability discrimination, and she has provided evidence that 21st Mortgages stated reasons for firing her were pretextual. 21st Mortgage's motion on this claim is DENIED. Signed by District Judge Pamela L. Reeves on 4/21/17. (ADA)
