ORDER OF COMMITMENT FOR MENTAL EXAMINATION AND EVALUATION as to Waford Knight Bryant: Defendant's 17 MOTION for Psychiatric Exam is granted and the defendant is committed to the custody of the Attorney General for purpose of examination. ( Competency Hearing/or status conference set for 7/31/2017 01:30 PM in Courtroom 3A - Knoxville before Magistrate Judge H Bruce Guyton.) The defendants May 3, 2017 trial date is cancelled, to be reset upon his return to the district, if he is found competent. All time during which the Defendant is undergoing a mental examination for competency, 18 U.S.C. § 3161(h)(1)(A), along with a reasonable time for transportation to and from such examination, 18 U.S.C. § 3161(h)(1)(F), is fully excludable under the Speedy Trial Act.
