MEMORANDUM OPINION as to John P Morrow: For the reasons discussed, Petitioners § 2255 motion [Doc. 272] will be DENIED andDISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. The Court will CERTIFY any appeal from this actionwould not be taken in good faith and would be totally frivolous.
