MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: Because it is apparent from Plaintiff's submission that she lacks the funds to pay the entire filing fee in advance, her application to proceed as a pauper (ECF 2) is GRANTED. Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1915(b) and 1914(a), Plaintiff is nonetheless assessed the $350.00 civil filing fee. Accordingly, this action is DISMISSED without prejudice for failure to state a claim against the defendants. 28 U.S.C. §§ 1915(e)(2)(B) and 1915A. Any appeal of this Order would not be in good faith as required by 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3). Entry of this Order constitutes the judgment in this action. Signed by Chief Judge Kevin H. Sharp on 6/7/2016. (xc:Pro se party by regular and certified mail. Warden by regular mail)(DOCKET TEXT SUMMARY ONLY-ATTORNEYS MUST OPEN THE PDF AND READ THE ORDER.)(eh)
