DEFAULT JUDGMENT AND FINAL ORDER OF FORFEITURE: A Judgment by Default is entered as to Larry D. Gilliland, Jo Ann Gilliland, RSR Group, Inc., Chris Fish, Jonathan Fish and all other persons or entities with respect to any interest they may have in the deft property. The deft property described in this order is forfeited to the United States of America, and all right, title and interest in and to said property is hereby vested in the United States of America. U.S. Marshals Service and/or the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms, as custodian of said forfeited property, shall dispose of the same according to law.
