ORDER OF FINAL JUDGMENT: For the reasons set forth in the accompanying Memorandum Opinion, the Court finds that the ALJ's determination at step four of the sequential analysis that Pltf is able to perform his past relevant work is supported by substantial evidence in the record. Each of Pltf's objections to his finding is therefore overruled, and the Pltf's motion for judgment is denied. The Commissioner's decision is AFFIRMED, and Judgment is hereby entered in favor of the Deft. This is a final judgment for purposes of Fed.R.Civ.P. 58. Signed by Judge Thomas Wiseman on 2/19/08. (jb)
