ORDER: For the reasons set forth in the Memorandum issued contemporaneously, the Court rules as follows: Pltf's Motion to re-open case 19 is granted; Defts' Motion to dismiss amended complaint 25 is granted in part and denied in part as follows: Defts' motion to dismiss is granted with respect to deft Tennessee Commission on continuing legal education and specialization of the Tennessee Supreme Court and said deft is dismissed from this action; Defts' Motion to dismiss with respect to deft Shearon in his individual and official capacities is denied; and Pltf's claims for relief in relation to the alleged violation of his constitutional rights in the past by the defts are dismissed.
