ORDER: 143 MOTION to Dismiss is granted as follows: Pltfs' remaining unresolved claims for dissociation, breach of fiduciary duty and interference with contract, and monetary damages arising from breach of contract are dismissed without prejudice to pltfs' rights to pursue such claims in the future. Any claim for attys' fees by any party shall be made by motion and supported by atty affidavits and appropriate documentation. Any such motion shall be filed no later than 45 days after entry of this order. All issues being resolved, this matter is terminated, though the Court retains jurisdiction of any timely filed motion for attys' fees. Signed by Judge Thomas Wiseman on 3/7/08. (km)
