ORDER The 32 Report and Recommendation is hereby ACCEPTED. Pltf's 23 Motion to Strike is GRANTED. The Clerk is DIRECTED to strike Deft's 19 Answer and the 20 Corporate Disclosure Statement from the docket. The Clerk is DIRECTED to strike Deft's 34 Opposition to Motion for Entry of Default because the document is signed by Mr. Hughes and not by an attorney for X-otic. The Clerk is hereby DIRECTED to consider Pltf's 30 Motion for Entry of Default and 31 Affidavit of James R. Michels in light of the Magistrate Judge's Order 22 warning Mr. Hughes that his failure to obtain counsel for X-otic could result in the entry of default against the corporation, and this case is hereby returned to the Magistrate Judge for all further and necessary pretrial case management proceedings. Signed by Senior Judge Robert Echols on 04/14/08. (ab) Modified text on 4/15/2008 (ab).
