ORDER OF DISMISSAL: The 35 Parties' Joint Motion under Fed.R.Civ.P. 41(a)(2) for an Order of Dismissal with prejudice is granted. The Court dismisses this action with prejudice under Fed.R.Civ.P. 41(a)(2), provided that the Court shall retain jurisdiction of this case for purposes of enforcing the parties' stipulation for settlement. This Court shall retain such jurisdiction for 365 calendar days from the date of the entry of this Order. Each party shall bear its own attorney's fees and costs, except as provided in the parties' confidential stipulation for settlement which the Court hereby incorporates by reference into this Order. The Stipulation for Settlement shall remain confidential as per the terms contained therein. Signed by Judge Aleta A. Trauger on 3/7/08. (jb)
