JUDGMENT on sentencing held on 1/10/17 as to Zachary Scott Hendrix: Plea of guilty to Counts 2 and 3 of the Indictment. Imprisonment for 71 months on Count 2 and 60 months on Count 3, to run consecutively, for a total of 131 months. Sentence to run concurrently with any sentence imposed by the Montgomery County General Sessions Court, Clarksville, TN, Docket No. 11414081. Remanded to custody. Five years supervised release, which consist of 3 years on Count 2 and 5 years on Count 3, to run concurrently, with conditions. $200 special assessment. Count 1 dismissed on motion by Govt.
