REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION re 12 MOTION for Judgment on the Record: In light of the foregoing, the Magistrate Judge recommends that Shelton's Motion for Judgment on the Administrative Record be DENIED and that the decision of the SSA be AFFIRMED. Any party has fourteen (14) days from receipt of this Report and Recommendation in which to file any written objections to it with the District Court. Any party opposing said objections shall have fourteen (14) days from receipt of any objections filed in which to file any responses to said objections. Failure to file specific objections within fourteen (14) days of receipt of this Report and Recommendation can constitute a waiver of further appeal of this Recommendation. Thomas v. ORDER adopting Report and Recommendations re 23 Report and Recommendation.On December 8, 2016, the magistrate judge issued a Report and Recommendation (Docket No. 23), to which no timely objections have been filed. The Report and Recommendation is therefore ACCEPTED and the made the findings of fact and conclusions of law of this court. For the reasons expressed therein, it is hereby ORDERED that the plaintiff's Motion for Judgment on the Administrative Record (Docket No. 12) is DENIED, and the decision of the Social Security Administration is hereby AFFIRMED.
