MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: Pending before the Court is the Motion to Supplement the Administrative Record (THE "Motion to Supplement") (Docket No. 29), filed by Plaintiff Christine Carlson (the "Plaintiff" or "Carlson"). Defendant Reliance Standard Life Insurance Company (the Defendant or Reliance Standard) opposes the Motion to Supplement. See Docket Nos. 30 and 33. For the reasons discussed herein, the Motion to Supplement is GRANTED. Within thirty (30) days of the date of this Order, Plaintiff shall supplement the administrative record in this proceeding with (i) the OME Amendment Report and (ii) the final investigative report prepared on behalf of Plaintiff, including witness statements.
