MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: For the foregoing reasons, Hughes' Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. No. 33) is GRANTED IN PART in regards to the malicious prosecution claim, and DENIED IN PART in regards to the excessive force claim. Hughes' malicious prosecution claim is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
