ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS: Pending before the Court is Plaintiff Frederick R. Carr's Request for a Reconsideration of the Magistrate Judge's 24 Report and Recommendation (Doc. No. 31.) Upon review of this matter, the Court finds the Report and Recommendation to be well-founded and ADOPTS it in its entirety. Accordingly, the Court hereby GRANTS the Defendants John A. Beam and Equitus Law Alliance, PLLC's Motion to Dismiss (Doc. No. 9) and DENIES Plaintiff's Motion to Amend the Complaint (Doc. No. 17). The Clerk of the Court is DIRECTED to close the case.
